TA! Travel Approval!!!!

Finally...we have our TRAVEL APPROVAL for Roy!  Glory Hallelujah!!!!  We started this journey last September & it's finally almost complete!!!!  We could not be happier!

I received the phone call today & jumped for joy!  Maddie has never seen her Mama act so crazy!  She is soo excited to finally have Roy home & her Mama back from all this paperwork!  She has been such a trooper this past year.  I tried to do most of it during her naps...but that didn't always happen.

Anyway...China's Consulate is closed until next week, so we wont know for sure when we can actually leave.  However, our agency is very hopeful that our "Gotcha Day" could be October 13th!!!!!  How amazing would this be???  This would mean we leave NEXT WEEK!  Again...we cant book any tickets until the consulate has re-opened.  Perhaps they are booked....but, perhaps not!?!?!  :-) 

Today was spent making phone calls, gathering paperwork, getting airline quotes (eek!!!), what a whirlwind!  It's finally happening soon.  Thank You Jesus!!!!!

Please pray specifically for:

• Roy's sweet tender heart.  Oh how we hurt for him knowing his world is about to change
• That we get our consulate appointment & airline tickets quickly & smoothly
• That all last minute paperwork done on my part is with out error
• Safety while we are away - especially on those flights!
• Maddie...our sweet girl is going to miss us terribly.  Even though she will be in wonderful, capable hands...she was in tears today expressing this to us.  How I wish I could take that anxiety from her.  I tell her we are coming back & next big trip we take - she'll be coming with.
